I am delighted to be able to offer this exciting workshop on 21st July where you will learn how to make your own vibrational essence which you can take away with you!

Essences are amazing tools for personal, self and spiritual development and can support us energetically, spiritually, emotionally and mentally. As a long standing member of BAFEP (British Association of Flower Essence Producers) I have been working with and making essences for over 12 years and have my own range of essences which are sold worldwide. If you’d like to read more about essences then please click here.

On this super day, you will make your own essence – either a Sacred Space, Healing or Personal Protection essence.

We will cover:

  • The key aspects of making a personal essences
  • How and why essences work
  • How to attune to the ingredients and energy of the essence and its components
  • How to choose your ingredients (the energetic tools)
  • Channelled essences versus flower essences
  • How to work with essences for personal support and development

This will be a very hands on day and you will come away with an amazing personal essence.

Creating An Essence

Almost all you need for the day will be provided including a spray bottle for you to decant your essence into for use however you will be required to bring a kilner jar or other glass jar for your mother essence. Please note that the glass jar must not have a metal lid as this corrodes the energy of the essence. If there are any particular flowers you are drawn to include please do feel free to bring them in case they are not part of the selection I bring with me. I will be bringing a range of flowers, crystals and other energetic tools such as sound, colour, angelic signatures etc. Essences are generally preserved with alcohol and I tend to use Vodka as the preservative – please let me know if your religious beliefs mean that you cannot absorb alcohol into your aura.
