As part of our work takes place online, offering and providing information and services through the internet, we inevitably process some of your personal data and / or track how you use our services — we need to do this to deliver the best possible services and experience to you, and it is necessary to manage and promote our business.

Nicola Tonsager takes your data privacy seriously and respects the trust you place in us in our use of your data. We work hard to protect it, minimising what we process, doing so securely, and maintaining compliance with the relevant data protection legislation.

We will never sell, share, or give-away your personal data to be used by other parties.

We make every effort to minimise the data we require – for instance with mailing lists, asking only for a name and email address. We will only ask you for further information if it is required – for instance for some of our online Programmes a hard copy workbook is posted out to you and therefore a mailing address will be required. When you purchase a product, a mailing address is required.

To provide services, we do use technologies and services provided by other parties:

• Mailchimp and Mailerlite are our automated email service provider
• GMAIL and G-SUITE is our standard email service provider
• Teachable is the online platform we use for course materials who will provide their own login and account details to you when you subscribe to a course. Nicola Tonsager does not have access to your Teachable account
