What do you think? Truth or fake news? And these?

I know which I think are high-vibing truths and which are more likely fake news. And of course we all want to high-vibe but we don’t there through the illusion of fake news!

The fact is that life isn’t perfect – we have to take the lows with the highs and find our way through, learning what life teaches us about ourselves and it is in the challenges that growth happens. Yes there can be more highs than lows but that is because we choose to be intentional with our focus and energy

Happiness is an inside job but it takes work and commitment to understand our emotional triggers and to find our centre of joy within the sometimes chaos of the moment and bring ourselves back to that

Not everything works as expected; not everything is meant to and sometimes the destination we planned is not the destination we want when we’re on the journey because we change as we journey and where we change to is so much better than we might have expected or could anticipate

Nobody is better than anyone else because we all come from Spirit. We have different skills, different experiences, different journeys and we attract people at the resonance we are at but we are all travelling the journey of life, learning to navigate it as we travel it

Vibing-high takes work, and it takes truth. It takes understanding energy, shifting energy, working on ourselves and committing to and allowing change.

It takes bringing our focus back to the energy we want when life throws a curve ball and being intentional with choices that serve growth.

It takes truth in the moment and allowing the moment and it takes embracing the deep and the dark with the light and the love; recognising that both are part of life and of who we are and that we choose to embrace the gift in the challenge
