I am truly delighted to announce that I am hosting a spiritual retreat in the late Autumn, over the weekend of 7, 8 and 9 November 2014. And it is now only 3 weeks away! So excited, and so grateful to have the opportunity to work in this special and intimate way with some wonderful people.

So what are we going to be doing?

We’ll be setting the space and the energy for the weekend by creating a sacred mandala on the Friday evening and by getting to know each other.

We’ll be working with the voice, connecting in to ourselves and truly sensing our resonance (and where we feel restricted); we will be sitting and working with spirit and accessing the higher angelic energies to receive guidance, inspiration and insight. Of course, I can’t give everything away – the magic of the retreat is being there!

We will spend time working energetically and spiritually to our benefit, giving us the opportunity to go within and connect with our self, our spirit, our soul – something that our everyday lives don’t always allow us to in the way, and with the time, that we would like. The retreat will be spirit-led – how much they will actively participate will depend on the thoughts and intentions created over the next three weeks and what the collective aim is for the weekend but spirit will be guiding and supporting us throughout our time together, enabling that greater sense of connection and trust with them and with ourselves.
